The Dropship Club Refund Policy
Here at The Dropship Club, we offer refunds for the first 7 days of your initial purchase. The initial purchase can include:
- The $1 trial (if this was your first purchase with us).
- The last monthly subscription bill/rebill you were charged for.
How to claim a refund for your purchase:
Here at The Dropship Club we do not collect or receive your payment details or handle payments/orders. To receive a refund, you will need to contact our merchant partner ClickBank and request a refund from them. Here is the support page for all ClickBank orders & requests:
If you wish to get a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, then please do the following:
1. Go to the ClickBank customer service site: https://www.clkbank.com/
2. Click “Look Up Your Order.”
3. Enter in two identifiers that can confirm your order. These can be:
* Enter in the email address you used when you signed up for The Dropship Club.
* Your Order Number. This is included in the receipt and rebill emails you will have received.
* Your ZIP code connected to your credit card you used to sign up.
* The last 4 digits of your payment method that you used to sign up with.
4. Click the “Go!” Button. If prompted, complete the reCAPTCHA challenge.
5. Once you’ve gone that, your order information for all ClickBank purchases will be displayed.
6. Find your order, and then click “Order Details, Tech Support & Refunds.”
7. The details for your order will then be displayed. Click “Get Support.”
8. In the “type” field, select “Refund Request.”
9. Select a reason for the refund.
10. Click “Send.”
Your refund request will then be received. It is usually processed within 1 business day. If you have any further issues, please contact the ClickBank support team:
NOTE: If the refund period has passed, the refund request option will not be displayed. You can still cancel your subscription to void future monthly payments.

Contacting us does not constitute a cancellation request, you must follow the steps on this page to request a refund.
